Every installation includes a workmanship warranty covering seams, edges, base compaction, drainage, shaping, and long‑term performance.
Workmanship Coverage (2–5 Years)
All installations include a 2–5 year workmanship warranty depending on the project type. This covers all labour‑related components of your installation.
Seams & Joining
Seams are warrantied against:
- Separation
- Peaking or lifting
- Visible seam lines
- Adhesive failure
Edges & Perimeter Securing
Edges are warrantied against:
- Lifting or curling
- Spike failure
- Improper transitions to hardscape
Base Compaction & Stability
The base is warrantied against:
- Settling or sinking
- Improper grading
- Drainage issues caused by installation

Putting Green Shaping Warranty
For putting greens, shaping is warrantied against:
- Loss of contour
- Base erosion
- Improper slope or drainage
What’s Not Covered
Exclusions include:
- Damage from pets digging
- Heavy equipment or vehicles
- Subgrade movement (frost heave, erosion)
- Vandalism or misuse
