Backyard lawn: We had a lawn area in our backyard that always looked terrible due to large tree roots. We decided on Design Turf in August, but shortly after, our large maple tree lost several branches and had to be removed. This delayed the project for three months while we waited for tree removal and replanting.

Design Turf was very accommodating and still managed to fit us in at the end of the season. They even came by three separate times to reassess the project after the tree was gone, helping us rethink the layout. Communication was excellent throughout.
